Cancellation Policy

Orders placed through the RHDC website may be canceled by the customer provided that the cancellation request is submitted before the order has been processed or shipped. To cancel an order, the customer must contact RHDC’s customer service team immediately with the order number and reason for cancellation.

If the order has already been dispatched or delivered, the cancellation request will no longer be applicable, and the customer may instead submit a refund request under RHDC’s Refund Policy.

Upon approval of the cancellation request, a full refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. RHDC reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests if the order has already been fulfilled or if the request does not comply with the stated policy.

Customers are encouraged to review their orders carefully before completing a transaction to avoid unnecessary cancellations.
