Refund Policy

RHDC is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. Customers have the right to request a refund within three (3) calendar days from the date of receiving the purchased item. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original, unused condition along with all original packaging and documentation. Refunds will not be processed for items that show signs of use, damage, or are returned incomplete.

Customers must notify RHDC of their intention to return a product by contacting customer service with the order number and reason for return. Upon approval, the customer will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of shipping the item back to RHDC’s official address. Refunds will only be issued after RHDC inspects the returned item and confirms it meets the eligibility conditions.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days after approval. RHDC does not offer refunds for digital products or accessed content. All refund requests are subject to RHDC’s final approval.
